Wedding Stationery

Wedding Invitations set the tone for the day!

Wedding stationery is the first and last thing people see, so, paint a picture on it that creates a special memory for your guests! The wordings, colours, materials and style all combine to give guests their first tast of what your wedding celebrations will be like, whether a classical elegance or contemporary chic, is reflected in the invitation.

You can use the theme with many other stationery such as the Response (RSVP) cards, Reception Menus, Place Cards, Guest Escort Cards, Table Planner and Thank You Notes. Stationery suppliers or printers can personalise pre-designed items or develop something entirely unique, depending on your budget and theme. Should you wish to design your own wedding stationery, some stationers also offer do-it-yourself packages. Either way, you’ll find the creative inspiration and expert advice of professional stationery suppliers invaluable. They are well-versed in wording etiquette and most of them also cater for languages other than English.

You can start developing your design the minute you have the cermeony and reception venues confirmed. Think about any insertions which could be helpful to your guests such as a map, parking information and bridal registry details. Invitations should be mailed out or delivered to your guests six to eight weeks before the wedding, leaving RSVP date set at four weeks before the big day. Make sure you check addresses first and send the invitations all at once.
